upcxx/2020.3: UPC++ is a C++ library that supports Partitioned Global Address Space (PGAS) programming, and is designed to interoperate smoothly and efficiently with MPI, OpenMP, C++/POSIX threads, CUDA, ROCm/HIP, oneAPI and other HPC frameworks.
